Convenient Use Automatic Busbar Equipment For Compact Busbar: The self-piercing riveting machine, also known as a riveting gun, is specifically applied for efficient busbar assembly. It is fully customizable according to various busbar housing requirements. A key feature of this technology is that operators do not need to pre-drill holes. The machine achieves self-piercing riveting through integrated pressure and a specialized rivet structure.
Working Principle: The metal layers are positioned between the stripper and the die. As the punch moves, the rivet cuts through the top layer. Guided by the shape of the die, the rivet spreads into the die-side layer, creating a permanent, high-strength bond.
This advanced riveting technology replaces traditional joining methods like bolts, welding, or adhesives. It is suitable for metal-to-metal, metal-to-nonmetal, and nonmetal-to-nonmetal thin sheets, offering superior strength, efficiency, and safety. By eliminating drilling, it also removes secondary processes like deburring and chip removal.
